Pre Match Pint
Well sadly last season the media team missed this game but we have been told that The Britannia Inn is a good pub to pop in for a pre-match pint and it's just by the Train station, with a wide selection of drinks available and just a few minutes walk from the ground. Another venue we have our eyes on is the Fleece Inn which again is a short walk up from the ground.
So who are we up against ?
Mossley has started the season very well as they currently sit top of the league having won all 3 of their opening league games but did suffer defeat to Macclesfield in the FA Cup.
Last season most will remember we were 2 up into the 90 minutes and we come away from Seel Park with just a point as they got 2 goals in the late 90 minutes we are hopeful that this time round the whistle will be blown on the 90 and we are ahead at that time to continue our own unbeaten start to the season.
Who to Watch out for ?
Mossley appears to have retained the services of most of last season's squad and added a few new names but there are players in the side that will cause issues if Castle allows in the likes of Mason Fawns, Nickly Clee and Bailey Marsden.
However, a player that caught the eye of the media team from watching previous games is Will Hartshorne.
Will is a strong center-back who reminds me of an old-school player but with the modern-day feel of the game, one to make sure we mark on set pieces if and when he ventures forward.
MATCH PREDICTION
Well let's be fair we want to keep this run we are on going and how good would it be to make a statement by beating the top of the league, but i would defo look for over 2.5 goals in the game and if we are up at 90 minutes, i will personally grab the minibus and park it so we don't have the same as last season.
Castle win 2-1 goals from Hunter and Dennis (he will get one this season!)
