We are delighted to see that our record transfer Ryan McLean has made the move from Hereford to sign on a two-year contract with league two club AFC Wimbledon.
Ryan was a quality player for us coming off the wing with plenty of pace and had a direct game, which teams found very hard to handle.
Ryan left ‘Castle almost two years ago to this day to join the Bulls where he made 81 appearances for the Edgar Street club scoring 13 times.
Ryan initially joined Hereford on loan before the 2020/21 season was cut short due to Covid, immediately after he made his debut.
But through hard work and perseverance, he got his chances at Hereford and now he has earnt himself a professional contract in the football league.
At 23, Ryan has many good years ahead of him and we wish him well with his footballing career.
