Town record first ever competitive victory versus Stoke City
A Jake Avery goal saw Newcastle Town overcome a young Stoke City side in the Staffordshire Senior Cup to book a place in the Quarter Final of the competition with Brocton waiting to host us.
The win incidentally is Towns first competitive win over our friends from the City in our history.
